Production Company created by filmmakers Cristina Gallego (Producer - Director ) and Ciro Guerra (Director), its aim is to help and support for filmmakers whose work is intended to go beyond the schemes of mainstream commercial cinema, encouraging personal and authorial proposals, original visions with enough quality to enter domesti c and international markets. Them films has been awarded in the principal festivals around the world, six of them has been the official entry to the foreign language academy award, and in 2016 they had the first nomination as Foreign Language Film for Co lombia with Embrace of the Serpent and 2018 is shortlisted with Birds of Passage . In 2022 with Kings of the World w inning the Golden Shell in the San Sebastian Film Festival. Them films also have been included in many lists of the best films of the year, in publications such as TIME Magazine, The New York Times, Variety, Sight and Sound, The New Yorker, L.A. Times, Vanity Fair, Esquire, Village Voice, Indiewire and Barack Obama's list
